Please take a moment to review the following information:


My fees are $150 for a 50-minute session, due at the time of service. A sliding scale fee is available if you are experiencing financial hardship.


Cash, credit card or check are accepted for payment at the time of service. If you are using your insurance, I require a valid credit card on file to process unmet deductibles and co-insurance.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.


If your mental health condition is causing a significant impact on your life or relationships, I may be able to bill your insurance for my services. I am in network with:
– Premera
– Cigna
– Optum/United
– Kaiser PPO
– First Choice Health Network

If I am out of network with your insurance, I will provide the necessary paperwork that you can submit for reimbursement. Please call your insurance provider to determine whether your out-of-network benefits apply.

Telehealth Coverage

If you decide to use your insurance, please check that your insurance plan covers telehealth services or telemedicine. Ask specifically for the end date of the coverage. Also, some plans require that you use their designated network of telehealth providers such as Teladoc or MDLive. I am not within such networks.


I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation by video or phone so you can get a sense of whether we are a good fit and whether I can meet your needs. Please note that if my practice is full, after the consultation I may have to put you on a waitlist until a spot opens up.
